"What is a 'dark milk chocolate', we hear you say. It's essentially a milk chocolate with a high percentage of cacao. We've crafted this chocolate tablet using 55% Cacao to create the rich complexity of dark chocolate AND the smooth creaminess of milk chocolate. It's the perfect pairing to the locally sourced coffee from our friends at Matakana Coffee Roasters (we can literally see their roastery from our door). It reminds us of sipping on a kiwi classic flat white! 70g."
